action all right Tech Talk number 4546 you know who keeps H these things however special note for this Tech talk if you're wondering you know what Keith you're a little bit cuter you're probably wrong The Fabulous Melissa Townsen is here to join us again and she's going to go into a dissertation about the benefits of micro segmentation in preparation for VM World 2014 Melissa micro segmentation it's all yours yes I don't know what that mean hold on maybe we need to cut and do this whole
thing over again you are going to VM World 2014 aren't you yes for a different reason than the conference wait hold on 20,000 23,000 Geeks okay virtualization virtualization we have EMC VMware Cisco just a t the tech field day guys remember I did remember you went to me Tech field day all those guys all those guys all those guys are going to be there but you have so much more wait hold on wait wait hold on but I'm a little bit overwhelmed by the VM underground
crew the uh whole social media crowd that's going to be at VM world you're telling me there's more than that at VM world4 absolutely there's a whole lot more there's um events for wives and significant others did you know that uh is that that thing that Crystal low does spous tips Spa TI that's the reason why I'm going I'm not going because only solely for the conference although the conference is great um but for me so you rather go canoeing Winery whale watching the peer the
food the culture the art I'm pretty sure we can get the the guys at vw's Marketing Group the the whole yeah I forgot and I'm going to be partying with you guys I heard you guys are really fun crew to yeah V bacon baby V bacon all night long yes with the the the different Taste of bacon all uh Amy do you actually get to eat bacon Amy from Cisco does a whole bacon thing oh my God you know you can't have bacon baby okay [Applause]
so not only do we get do the whole V bacon there's dodge ball there's Dodge dip duck dive and the 5Ds of dodgeball so I'll be doing V dodgeball with the other EMC elect on Sunday so we get there Saturday Sunday I'll be doing dodgeball you doing dodge ball with me no I will be recording you duck dip dive and Dodge but dodging again and dodging again but no I no I be behind scen oh wait did you you do know this is our vacation this
year right what no I know it's to my vacation that's why there are so many other opportunities for me beside the conference um that I can enjoy to do so we're really looking forward to the conference there's obviously a ton of events for not just us Geeks I mentioned a few of them oh you do know I'm going to be spending your money there right so I was going to invite you folks to dinner the middle weeks but it like we might be kind of sneaking
into some the V expert uh vendor events because the town's wallets might be a little bit lighter than when we started out it sounds like all right so VM World 2014 we hit most of the highlights uh I'm really looking forward to though uh Melissa is being a little you know she's been a little humble I'm being fatuous I'm actually fous what what what is that fatias FES now we got to start all over FES what is FIS
