retailers take walmart for example normal walmart takes a mass production approach where they appeal to large audience until massive quantities are relatively cheap merchandise or low-cost merchandise to damasus my mom's audience is a little bit different there are the type that would appreciate a well-designed hand woven piece of material versus something that's mass-produced but that audience is not as dense as a Walmart audience so she uses social media to get out her message and to sell for wet work where's across basically the entire world which
makes the market her back door this is basically the uber ization of garments so she can use technology directly to compete against the likes of all are specifically let's talk a little about uber is able to do same thing with the taxi industry they can use technology to disaggregate the whole ride sharing and in service industry when it comes to taking people transporting people it's because of uber slow low barrier entry into technology using services like AWS that directo customer market that they're able to compete
