think it's a fundamental shift that we need to face an infrastructure which is that we need to be more agile when it comes to what we ask from customers what we expect from our internal customers and the level of service and budget flexibility we provide to those customers we need to change the types of questions that we ex this is a homework assignment I'm not going to tell you what requirements to gather go to AWS Azure or even Google compute provision some services as if you
were going to install an application you know take a off the shelf at application can be anything you can be office think through if you're a developer you're a application owner and you're installing this application what about the AWS experience do you like if you miss sighs it at the beginning what how do you correct your problem in AWS we're traditional enterprises we can't deal with AWS is taking ten years to build but we can take the principles of what AWS allows customers to do and
