Matt Baker asked me a fair question if not private Cloud then what if private cloud is the worst option for heterogeneous application environments which most Enterprises are we're talking about applications ranging from sap to 12 Factor Cloud native apps that were built six seven years ago to Modern applications that we're trying to build on containers curetes and Technologies we don't need to go to AWS uh Google Cloud asure to build these applications we're also challenged with the fact that our data strategy doesn't always jive with
what the cloud providers are doing so we need to build similar capabilities without trying to replicate what cloud providers are doing when it comes to the most Innovative solution we're not going to build a S3 tables we're not going to build a Gemini 2.0 those things are best Le left of the cloud providers while we're doing what I call hybrid infrastructure on premises this is a combination of using the digital Realties of the world qtx eonix our own private data centers locating our data near the
cloud so we can dip and Dabble on cloud services as needed and we can build the base capabilities that we need on premises this can range from anywhere from using VMware vpar for hypervisors hyperv KVM open shift to building platform experiences for our on Prem developers with Sol like Solutions like open shift we don't need to build private Cloud we need to build something that complement public cloud in a strategy on how we integrate our data strategy between public and private Cloud hybrid infrastructure
