all right today's AWS everyday product is AWS transcode and it's extremely simple service take a video out of S3 bucket drop it into a different S3 bucket in a different format why would you want this type of transcoding service when you have YouTube Vimeo and a slate of other products either you want to build a competitive service or these Services just don't integrate into your web application it's the way that you want to you may want to host videos in a specific region of the world
