AWS Interactive Video Service

hey Keith Townsend principal the CTO advisor I love it when I come across these AWS products that solve a challenge that I've had in the past today is IVs the interactive video service from AWS imagine that you have to broadcast a town hall meeting to ten thousand twelve thousand employees and that's a live broadcast with potentially interactive sessions whether it's Chad or video in response we had to do that for Lockheed Martin back in 2011 for a government agency and back in 2011 this was hard
like we had encoders we had multicast we had trouble with delivering multi-cast down to the closet switches it was just not enough bandwidth not enough horsepower Etc today we can do all of this in the public Cloud just by simply pointing the live stream key to this iivs service similar to how we would do it with YouTube twitch Etc but not branded in a platform in which we can develop our own interface and and client around which is what we did at Lockheed Martin so without
